We are a Malaysia-based AI consultancy practice operated by AITG Sdn Bhd — the legal entity behind the Teragrid Ai platform. We exist to close the gap between AI ambition and AI in production for Malaysian leadership teams.
Why we exist
Most AI projects in Malaysia stall in month four. Not because the technology is missing, and not because the talent is missing — but because there is no operating bridge between the strategy and the platform that runs the workflow. Strategies live in slide decks; platforms live in vendor backlogs.
We removed the bridge by owning both sides. Our advisory practice and our flagship PaaS — Teragrid Ai — are operated by the same entity, run by the same engineering and operations team, and accountable to the same KPIs.
What we do
Three flagship engagements, designed to compose:
- AI Readiness Audit — a 2–4 week deep dive that produces a prioritised opportunity register and data-readiness scoring.
- Implementation Roadmapping — a 90-day execution plan with sequencing, owners, KPIs, and budget envelopes.
- Tera Grid Customization — hands-on architecture and build of proprietary Digital Workers on Teragrid Ai.
